Can I upgrade to a higher tier later?

Yes. Every tier builds on the one below it, so if you start with the Foundation Library and want it branded or built for you later, you only pay the difference to move up.

What does the workspace look like day to day?

A dashboard is your home base, with the document library, SOP library, forms and checklists all organised the same way across every tier — ready to duplicate into your own account.

How long does delivery take?

The Foundation Library is instant. The Vessel Edition typically ships within a few business days of your onboarding form. The Full Build is scoped and scheduled directly with you.

Is this for one vessel or a whole fleet?

Every tier is licensed for a single vessel. If you're managing multiple boats, get in touch about fleet access — we're happy to talk through what that looks like.

Does the Full Build tier come to us, or can it be done remotely?

Either — on board with your crew, or scoped and handled remotely. We'll agree the right approach before anything begins.
